The client must be able to receive the product directly from the manufacturer, otherwise he will order goods in China on Aliexpress, which is already happening. But this model starts working only in one case – when there are many clients. Think in terms of economic logic. Each individual customer needs a separate set of products with separate logistics. Accordingly, your task is to produce a product that will channel this story as much as possible. The model of the future is P2C.
