As you know last week we had a transcription of Medea Benjamin, international leader in the movement for peace and abolishing war, co-founder of CodePink and a recent victim of the Egyptian dictatorship. Last week you heard this interview prior to the savage attack on her in Cairo. Against doctor’s orders Medea was deported to Turkey and accompanied by the same thugs who had attacked her. Medea’s now back in the States and has been on the road to recovery but still suffers a great deal of pain.
