It happens every Sunday, all day long until sunset.

At the Santa Monica pier, directly north of the pier and right next to the boardwalk.

This memorial is put on by the Los Angeles Chapter of Veterans For Peace, headed up by Vietnam veterans Mark Scully and Ed Ellis.
