Just think. Young millennials have never known peace. They’ve only known war as our constant way of life. So imagine today that we are in a high school class for honor students. Yes, millennials! But we citizens and non-citizens who pay taxes — how much say do we have in this money that we give to the government. The student intelligently answers, none in 2016, we have no say at all about how our taxes are used. And the students knows this. And the teacher knows this. The student goes on to say that our representatives ignore the needs of the majority of their constituents and respond to an oligarch of financial and political power. The representatives want to stay in power, so they become enslaved to those who offer them money for reelection. Lobbyist now have far more power than the citizens of the United States.
