Today I’m very honored to have Kathy Kelly as a guest. Kathy Kelly has followed in the footsteps of St. Francis de Assisi by going directly to the so-called enemy many times to make peace. Many times during the last twenty four years. She’s been back and forth to Afghanistan, Iraq and many other countries. More than anyone else I know. Blase: What can you tall us about your most recent trip to Afghanistan?
Kathy: It was a trip that inspired me a great deal. I think i’ve mentioned to you before that there are refugee camps that are just squalid, wretched places that fill up so quickly. Just in the last two weeks, a friend of mine wrote to say “what advice can you possible give to people who were being attacked by both sides?
